Morning! Sorry I am a bit late with #mealplanningmonday today. Slow start, back to school and all that jazz. At least I now have working broadband again though, it's been on and off all week! Driving me mad. You don't realise how much you use it until it's gone.
I've had a couple of weeks off the diet which means a couple of lbs have crept back on. So frustrating, unless I am on severely restricted calories, the weight just piles on. Though I don't think weight lost through stress has a habit of staying off anyhow. Still, 5lb weight loss so far and I'm aiming for another 2lb this week, fingers crossed.
My meal plan for the week looks like this;
Soup (pizza for everyone else, wahhhh)
Thai salmon & stir-fried veg
Prawn layered salad
Fishcakes & greens (broccoli, cabbage, spinach)
Jacket potato and salad
And one night I am out of a curry which means I have to try really hard to stick to the diet this week as I don't want a gain!

Well done on the weight loss! Thai salmon sounds yummy, do you have a recipe? (trying to encourage Mr G to eat more fish..he hates it I love it!)
