Meal Planning Monday (16th September 2013)

Oh man! Monday again.  I am feeling like literally the worlds worst blogger as I just don't seem to have the time at the moment to devote to it. There's so much other stuff I want to do. Someone needs to put more hours in the day - stat!

I thought when the children went back to school and routine got put back in place that things would settle down but I seem busier than ever with school meetings and activities. Bah!

All this means that I am spectacularly crappy at meal planning too - in fact we've eaten out/had takeaways way more than we should have. I will try and rectify this. I have the urge to cook and create but not the time which is frustrating.

Anyhow, our meal plan for this week looks like this

Spaghetti Carbonara
Burritos
Chilli Con Carne
Sausage Casserole
Soup and baguettes

It's basic isn't it but it needs to be this week as I have so much going on in the evenings, couple with three days of work and children's social lives! Argh.

Now it's your turn! If you're new to my blog or #mealplanningmonday all you have to do is this - write a blog post about your meal plan for the week and submit the URL of your post using the Linkytools below. If you've not got a blog but want to join in, that's fine - just leave a comment below telling us what you're planning this week.  Any questions, just holler at me via email (in the contact page) or on Twitter @madamding.

I need to start trying to drum up some interest on Twitter again. We had lots of new people joining in at the beginning of the year and I'd like to get it back up again so please do share as much as possible! The more people that join in, the more inspiration for us all! I'd be grateful for all your help in getting #mealplanningmonday out there.

Hope you all have a great week, whatever you're doing!

  5. I am usually good at meal planning, not so good at actually blogging about them. Definitely comfort food weather.
