Oh my giddy aunt it's only blinkin' June! How did that happen? Who cares - look outside - it's SUNNY. My word, haven't we waited a long time for this?
I hope you all had a great bank holiday and half-term break (if it applies to you!). We're only just back from holiday so I won't even pretend to be caught up with everybody's posts and blogs but will get up to speed this week at some point and may even find time to blog about my trip away!
I always find that sunshine motivates me massively and I'm on a cooking and cleaning frenzy. Don't worry, it won't last. As is normal, this week is busy with after school activities and not one, not two, not three but FOUR social engagements for me this week. Four? I'll have nothing to do for the rest of June, you watch this space. There is a meal plan though, as even if I'm not eating, everyone else is!

Macaroni Cheese
Jacket potatoes with cheese/coleslaw/beans/salad/prawns (not all at once)
Salmon, new potatoes and salad
Pizza
Not the most inspiring and certainly not as inspiring as last weeks, huh?
