I have been lamenting the absence of Metal Mummy's Movie Meme over the past few weeks but she's come back with a new one and the theme this week is detectives.
I had to think quite hard about this as on the whole I don't think I watch detective films but then I came up with a doozy.
Se7en starring Brad Pitt (back when I loved him), Morgan Freeman and Gwyneth Paltrow. I'm sure most people have seen this film which is about a serial killer who forces each of his victims to die by recreating one of the seven deadly sins. I've only seen this film a handful of times, the last time being at least 6-7 years ago (must get it on DVD immediately!) but I've loved it each time and never lost my concentration as it's such a good film. The ending is terrific and well, if you've not seen it, I won't spoil it for you!
