What's this? First Meal Planning Monday in weeks that I've actually got on time? AND it's the first one of the school holidays? Major kudos to me I think.
I'm sorry I've been so slack recently, my blogging mojo kind of went into hiding but I've pushed through the pain barrier this weekend to try and catch up (whilst the sun also went into hiding) and I think I'm clawing my way back! I'm also hoping that it will be slightly cooler this week so that my cooking mojo will also come back!
I'm not getting too adventurous this week, with meals I have cooked before. In addition I have a £30 voucher to spend at Yo Sushi so Mr M and I are going to treat ourselves to that this week whilst the children are having a sleepover with grandparents. I've never been before so any recommendations, please share!
This is the plan...
Not a BBQ in sight. I am SO over them!
Thanks to everyone who has been joining in recently whilst I've been a bit flaky, I really do love checking out all your posts, even if I don't always find time to comment on them all.

Once again, it's your turn! What are you planning this week? Are you in the throws of summer holidays yet or are your children still at school? If you are a newcomer to my blog or #mealplanningmonday, the idea is pretty simple. Write a blog post about your meal plan for the week and submit the URL of your post using the Linkytools below. If you've not got a blog but want to join in, then that's perfectly fine - just leave a comment below telling us what you're planning this week. Any questions, you can catch me via email (in the contact page) or on Twitter @madamding. I like messages so don't worry about bothering me!

Ooooh, I love Yo Sushi! When we go, we always order a soft shell crab hand roll each - incredibly yummy!

I want to try lamb and oregano patties!! hope there's a recipe somewhere. Yummy week, as always x
ReplyDeleteWe love the handrolls too - the crispy salmon skin is also nice, as is the California. I also like the Aubergine salad (not very authentic I know but nice all the same!) I think chicken katsu curry is worth a try (but not particularly healthy!) Just see what goes past and take your fancy. Miso soup is good to fill you up, esp as you get free refills.
ReplyDeleteOhh I like the sound of the Lamb and oregano patties....Yum x
ReplyDeleteThe patties sounds lovely :-)
