This is the first time in ages that I've participated in The Gallery but I'm at work, tired, headachy and in need of cake so I thought I'd join in!

This blog post is inspired by a trip to see Peter Kay live last week. He did a sketch about always putting off diets - the old "I'll start on Monday..." mentality. I think we've all probably been there at one time or another. How many times have I started a diet, ate a chocolate bar and thought "ah well, I'll start again in the morning".
Tomorrow I'll start a diet.
