I'm not sure where I first discovered Pearl and Earl but I know it was only a recent discovery and I've already parted with £50 of my hard earned cash! The company was launched in 2008 by Jacqui Pearce who designs and illustrates the products at her home in West Sussex.
I'm always on the look out for nice prints, lovely quirky things to go in my home and things that are, well, just a bit fun and that's exactly what Pearl and Earl supplies. The tiny problem I had with the Pearl and Earl website...I just didn't know what to remove from my basket! I clearly couldn't afford to buy it all, could I? No. So I restricted myself to just two items of loveliness. This time.

In the end I plumped for the rather lovely Union Jack poster and the very cute Camper Lovers print, both priced at a bargainous £25 each.
I am a lover of all things Union Jack and I just thought that this was a little different, softer, than other prints I have seen, and well the Camper Lovers just sums up everything that makes me happy in life. We don't have a camper yet, but it is on our to-do list so I am sure one will make an appearance in the next couple of years.
Another thing I must share with you, which will indeed highlight how shallow I am, is that the lovely people at Pearl and Earl package the items so beautifully. Yes, I am a sucker for a bit of ribbon it's true but receiving an item in the post that is so carefully and wonderfully packaged makes me so happy it's untrue. I clearly need to get out more.
So what will I buy next? I adore the Personalised Long Framed Art Prints and when I can finally decide on what it will say, one of them might find itself adorning my walls and as crafty as I am SO not, I would like to attempt one of these needlepoints but I'm afraid I'll muff it up so as yet haven't plucked up the courage to part with my £60.
