Meal Planning Monday (3rd March 2014)

Good morning. Hope it's sunny where you are today? It's a beautiful but chilly day here today. Can't believe it's March already though? Where is the year going? It's ridiculous. Though quite frankly my life seems to be going from bad to worse on a weekly basis so I'd quite like to go to sleep and wake up a few months into the future when hopefully it's improved!

Enough doom and gloom!

I'm starting a new work pattern this week (enforced) and therefore will find myself at home a lot more. Well actually I'll find myself at home permanently (working from home, minimally). The upside is - more time for cooking so I am going to try and embrace that, even if I can't really afford the ingredients...woe is me.  Here is my plan;

Toad-in-the-hole, mash and peas

Lamb rogan josh curry

JO fajitas

Pecorino & parma ham salad

Chinese-style lemon chicken

Roast dinner (chicken probably!)

Not exactly exciting and inspiring but it's a plan all the same!
