Firstly, can I just say last week eight people linked up with me for Meal Planning Monday which was the most I've had since I started this a few weeks back so thank you to all those that are joining in. I love to see what everyone is planning and it really helps me to get inspired.
Last week went a bit wrong. I don't really know why but I kind of lost my mojo halfway through the week and well things got dropped off the list in favour of chippy teas and the like. Whoops. Therefore some of last weeks meals are on the list this week!
It's not a hugely inspiring list, I'm struggling right now because the children have started to have after-school commitments like swimming and parties which means I don't always have as much time as I'd like to faff around and prepare meals. I must dig out the cookery books and start planning some more quick meals!

Thanks for posting this - I have some salmon to cook for tonight and was wondering what to do with it - now having creamy salmon pasta, hoorah!
