Okay, so last week was pretty rubbish - it was a busy one and I didn't have much time to cook but this week should be easier. The weather is lovely at the moment but obviously it won't last so I am going to make the most of it and make a few salads and lighter meals this week in the small hope of being a tiny bit healthier.

I may also endeavour to do some form of baking exploit but that is undecided yet. Depends on school holiday madness!
