I just heard the news that Elizabeth Taylor has passed away. Sad times. I always find it such a shock when someone high profile dies, even when they are old or in Elizabeth's case have been suffering from ill-health.

When she was younger she was such an incredible, amazing beauty. One of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life.  I recently enjoyed reading a biography of her colourful and interesting life.
