Welcome to Meal Planning Monday, the sick edition *cough cough*. Out of nowhere the worlds worst cold has hit overnight and I am gutted as I had BIG cooking plans this week with it being half-term and no plans whatsoever. Am mighty sad now. Of course there is still a plan but it's a dull one mainly consisting of soup for me.
Hope you're all having a nice bank holiday weekend, I'm feeling chilly but at least it's not raining! Here's our plan;
Thai curries (from Waitrose, I am cheating but they looked nice)
Spaghetti bolognese
Fishcakes and veggies
Panini and chips
Chicken (wings for us, goujons for kids), corn on the cob, coleslaw and fries
Soup and baguettes
Dull dull dull.
Needs must though.
