Meal Planning Monday (12th May 2014)

Wooooooooo! I am the ghost of Meal Planning Monday past, or future. I'm not sure. Certainly not present though, I know that much because I ain't here at all! I'm here...

Yes, I'm in the concrete jungle where dreams are made (oh). 

That means there's no meal planning for me this week - though I will have to do some when I return tomorrow unless my dear husband has gone grocery shopping whilst I've been away (chances = slim to none). 

None of you are off the hook though!

For those who might be passing by and are new to the #mealplanningmonday concept it's all very simple.
