Meal Planning Monday (28th April 2014)


Hurrah! Back to routine today. School is back which means near-normal service can resume. I don't know about you but I'm much better at everything when we're in routine-mode.  That of course means that this week there IS a meal plan. Woohoo! 

Feel like I haven't done a whole lot of cooking recently so I am looking forward to (literally) getting my teeth into some new meals.

Here's our plan for this week;

Chicken salad with anchovy dressing
Chicken & leek puff pastry pie
Heavenly salmon salad
Baked cod with avocado, prawns, cream & cheese
Warm bread salad with crispy pancetta and poached eggs
Sausage and mash with onion gravy

Yum!

We're having a bit of a Jamie Oliver week this week!
