Good Morning! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, pretty glorious wasn't it? Oh a real taste of summer. Trying not to get too over-excited about it though as we had snow late in March last year didn't we? Brrr. Anything is possible!
I was so busy last week I didn't have time to blog. Argh. Consequently I feel in utter chaos and so behind with everything. Turns out working less hours, flexibly from home means "on constant call". I never realised that. Silly me!
I haven't had much time to think about food either but I've thrown together a plan.
Chicken korma & rice
Fantastic fish pie
Chicken caesar salad
Toad in the hole
"Classic" spaghetti
Skinny keema
We've not gone all toad-obsessed, I had to ditch it off last week due to Mr M being called to an unexpected late meeting. Classic spaghetti is basically spaghetti in a basic tomato and basil sauce with baby mozzarella pearls. Simple, easy and yum!
Okay, lets see what you've got on your plan this week!
If you're new to my blog or #mealplanningmonday all you have to do is this - write a blog post about your meal plan for the week and submit the URL of your post using the Linkytools below. If you've not got a blog but want to join in, that's fine - just leave a comment below telling us what you're planning this week. Any questions, just holler at me via email (in the contact page) or on Twitter @madamding.

ReplyDeleteHaha - I work from home and it most certainly does feel like "being on call" all the time!! You have to work hard to separate work and home life, don't you?
ReplyDeleteI find it hard to meal plan at present because my digestion is all over the place and I plan a meal and then never manage to eat it, so the food is wasted. But I do hope to get into meal planning again soon!
All linked up. Sounds like a yummy week at yours :-)
