Meal Planning Monday (23rd September 2013)

Morning Mealplanners!

Did you have a lovely weekend? Sunday was glorious here and we certainly made the most of it. Today however has resumed to grey and drizzly. Oh well, it was nice for one day!

I'm a little late with meal-planning today as I'm literally up to my eyeballs in plums and I'm in full-on chutney-making mode. It's sticky and messy but quite therapeutic.

Meal planning is a bit scant this week as Mr M is going away towards the end so that means at least one dinner of peanuts and I'm going out for dinner with friends one night too. The rest of it looks like this;

Quattro Formaggio Pizza
Garbage Frittata and salad
Spaghetti Carbonara and garlic bread
Easy cheesy nachos
Soup and baguettes

I'm really enjoying soup again now it's getting colder!

So over to you! If you're a regular, you'll know what to do. If you're a newcomer to #mealplanningmonday all you have to do is this - write a blog post about your meal plan for the week and submit the URL of your post using the Linkytools below. If you've not got a blog but want to join in, that's fine - just leave a comment below telling us what you're planning this week.  Any questions, just holler at me via email (in the contact page) or on Twitter @madamding.

I need to start trying to drum up some interest on Twitter again. We had lots of new people joining in at the beginning of the year and I'd like to get it back up again so please do share as much as possible! The more people that join in, the more inspiration for us all! I'd be grateful for all your help in getting #mealplanningmonday out there.

Remember to Tweet using the #mealplanningmonday tag as I'll be RTing them through the week.

PS I've no idea why Blogger is turning Mrs M all grey today. Perhaps it's picking up on my mood. Very strange.

  2. Yummmm - chutney! I don't make it very often because we can never get through a batch the size I tend to make. I really ought to try making smaller quantities of several kinds.
