Review & Giveaway: Getting Personal Personalised Heart Shaped Cheeseboard

Recently I was asked if I'd like to review something from Getting Personal - an online store that, wait for it, specialises in personalised gifts. As it was a gift for moi I selected something totally frivolous that I probably wouldn't go out and buy for myself, but something that would make a great gift - a heart shaped slate cheeseboard.  I like hearts, I like slate and we all know I like cheese so a good choice all round I thought.

One of the trickiest parts was deciding what to have for the personalisation.  I didn't want my name on it so in the end I plumped for our cheesy family slogan of "MORE CHEESE PLEASE!". In my book, you can never have too much cheese.

When it arrived, in a beautiful presentation gift box, I was very excited to see what it would look like and I wasn't disappointed at all. It's a great quality item, made from natural slate with a food-safe laquer and the personalisation was very tastefully done. The underside is lined so you don't need to worry about it scratching your table when you're laying out your favourite Brie and Cheddar. Definitely something I'd like to receive as a gift for myself and since browsing the website, I've had some great ideas for future presents for others!

The personalised slate heart shaped cheeseboard is available to buy from Getting Personal, priced at £24.99 including personalisation. It's normally despatched within 48 hours however you can even have it next day if you're in a rush!

How would you like to get your hands on one of these with personalisation of your choice? See below for how to enter!

What you can win:

The prize is one personalised slate heart shaped cheeseboard from Getting Personal with your choice of personalisation. (Up to 26 characters on either side of the heart).

What you need to know:

The prize will be supplied direct from Getting Personal and there is no cash alternative. This competition is open to UK residents only.

How to enter:

To be in with a chance of getting your hands on this prize just follow the Rafflecopter instructions below.  The competition closes, and the winner will be drawn on Friday 12th July 2013. Once the winner has been drawn, address details will be needed by the end of Monday 15th July 2013 to arrange timely delivery. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, another name may be drawn.

Good luck!

  11. Ooh, that is gorgeous! I usually have cheddar as a bog standard as my son, believe it or not, will not eat rubber cheese! I sometimes spoil myself with a bit of Five Counties or Mexicana, but at Christmas time, it's port crackers, chutney and cheese ago go, with Brie, Stilton, and applewood at least, and a bit of whatever else takes my fancy. Yummers!
