Meal Planning Monday (24th June 2013)

Hello all! Hope you had a nice weekend. Was it blustery where you live? Because it was darn well blustery here! We had camping plans but quickly abandoned them when we realised the weather looked dreadful. Looks like it might be a bit more stable this week, fingers crossed!

I did SO much eating out last week it was untrue. No word of a lie I ate dinner out four times last week at the SAME PLACE. I know. Madness. It's no wonder then that I'm craving dinner at home!   I am going out again this week but only because I have a voucher to review Frankie & Benny's so I am treating a friend after work.  The rest of the week I will be virtuous. Mainly because I am trying to lose weight again and I ate a Big Mac today. Whoops.

This week looks a bit like this;

Salmon encroute, new potatoes, salad
JO Green Chilli
Fantastic Fish Pie
Jacket potatoes & variety of toppings
Pizza

My dinners will be low-fat, low-carb versions of these. My jacket potato toppings are usually lashings of butter, cheese and coleslaw but I may have to lay off that and just have a salad that night!

So once again, it's your turn! What are you planning this week? f you are a newcomer to my blog or #mealplanningmonday, the idea is pretty simple. Write a blog post about your meal plan for the week and submit the URL of your post using the Linkytools below. If you've not got a blog but want to join in, then that's perfectly fine - just leave a comment below telling us what you're planning this week.  Any questions, you can catch me via email (in the contact page) or on Twitter @madamding.  I like messages so don't worry about bothering me!

The Link Party for June is still active - I need to remember to pimp it about a bit  this week as it only has a few days left.

That's all for now, have a good week and I hope that the sun shines on you whatever you are doing this week.
