Meal Planning Monday (28th May 2012)

Hello out there, how are you all on this fine sunny Monday morning?  Hope you all had a lovely weekend and managed to enjoy the gorgeous weather. I hear it's on the turn for the end of this week - just in time for Jubilee and bank holidays, typical.

I should imagine there are lots of BBQ's on the meal plans this week? I haven't managed to fire ours up once yet! We've just been away for a few days and I was planning to have one tonight but Mr M is going out for a curry with his friends tonight. Curry? In this weather? Maniacs!

This week is as rubbish as last in terms of meal planning as we've only got four nights to plan with, are ridiculously busy and are basically going to wing it! It looks a bit like this,

Pizza
Chicken, rice and vegetables
Some form of eggy dinner as I have a glut!
Spaghetti bolognese

Inspiring stuff huh?

I am going to be searching for good recipes for camping this week though so if you know of any good ones, leave me a comment below. I'm looking for things with few ingredients, that can be cooked on two rings!

As ever, the linky is below so do join in. If this is your first time coming across this post, all you have to do is write a blog post and submit your link to the linky tool below. If you haven't got a blog - you can still join in, just leave a comment!

Look forward to hearing about what you are all up to this week.
