Meal Planning Monday (30th September 2013)

The final Meal Planning Monday of September is upon us. You realise we're on that slippery slide down to Christmas now don't you? Well I'm not going to lie, I love it! Although this recent spate of warm, sunny weather is making me want to cling on to summer somewhat and is a little bit at odds really with all the Christmas stuff that is starting to appear in the shops!

It's been an odd week, I have been iller than an ill thing and also Mr M has been away from home for about 4 days which means food has all been a bit random. I'm looking forward to finding my groove again this week and getting some cooking done. 

This week is a bit more of a stable week and I should be home every evening, though we have late nights due to school stuff. This weeks plan looks like this

Fantastic Fish Tikka Curry

Green Chilli

Cheesy Enchiladas

Thai Prawn Curry

Toad in the Hole

Spaghetti Bolognese

I'm immensely excited about Toad in the Hole as I don't think I've had it for over a year? It's such an Autumn dinner. 

I've got a glut of Bramley apples too this week so will need to find something to do with those!
