Meal Planning Monday (8th July 2013)

Wowsers, it's a hot one?

Sorry for the lateness of this post (again) - we went to the seaside for fun times this weekend so I'm a bit behind with everything.  Hope you had a lovely warm weekend? We headed down to Bournemouth with the other 99.9% of the population and it was BUSY but gorgeous, felt like we were on the Med!  Here's hoping this weather lasts...

Meal planning is not too detailed this week as we're planning to go camping for a few days and camping food will be whatever we fancy that day! But the rest of the week looks like this...

BBQ (selection of meats, salad, potato bundles etc)

Pizza

Chicken enchiladas

Mackerel and beetroot salad

Not very inspiring I am afraid but it's a real busy week with school meetings, inset days, after hours work commitments - feel like I am running life at 100 miles per hour at the moment.
