Hello mealplanners and welcome to another Monday morning *yawn* although this time WE'RE IN MARCH. Yes, you know what this means...Spriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing. Surely it's going to start warming up now? (Please?).
This week is a bit crazy with the mealplanning, in fact, I'm letting loose and NOT planning. I know, I'm living on the edge. I'm all over the place this week including work stay-overs in London, school trips, play dates, nights out...it's not a great week for meal-planning and it's not a great week for dieting either although now I've got to 121lb I'm being a bit easier on myself. I still want to loose about another 5lb but if that takes 2 months, then so be it. I'm not going to get too worried about it.
So really, it's straight over to you guys seeing as I am being a naughty mealplanner. What's on your plans this week? Are your dinners getting more Spring-like now?
