Giveaway: Abra-ca-Debora Pancake Day Hamper



Today I have got another fab giveaway for you - this time a Pancake Day treat.

Abra-ca-Debora is the home of ready-made Dutch pancakes which are not dissimilar to the pancakes that we Brits eat on Pancake Day. They're made from flour, fresh milk, eggs and vegetable oil and can be eaten with both sweet and savoury toppings. The yummy pancakes   are currently available in both Sainsbury's and Tesco.  

What you can win:

The Abra-ca-Debora Pancake Day Hamper is a luxury wicker hamper containing sweet and savoury ingredients for a pancake party for 2 people with a retail value of £50 each.  It will include a pack of Original and Sweet Abra-ca-Debora Dutch pancakes, a jar of chutney and a jar of Marmite, Green & Blacks chocolate, maple syrup, golden icing sugar and a lemon.

What you need to know:

The giveaway is open to UK residents only.

How to enter:

To be in with a chance of getting your hands on this lovely hamper, just follow the Rafflecopter instructions below.  The competition closes, and the winner will be drawn on Friday 1st February 2013. Once the winner has been drawn, address details will be needed by the end of Sunday 3rd February 2013 to arrange timely delivery. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, another name may be drawn.

    I do like sugar and lemon juice, but I think my favourite is a mushroom sauce that my mum made when I was a child. I don't know quite what was in it, it could just have been white sauce with mushrooms, but it was delicious!

    On English style pancakes my fave is sugar and lemon (maybe a touch of whipped cream too).
    American style pancakes have to be butter and maple syrup for Hubby and I =)

    As much as I enjoy a sweet pancake nothing can beat crab in a cheese sauce baked in the oven for me it sounds really weird and it is really rich but I had it in a restaurant as a child and we have been recreating it at home ever since :) YUM!

    I am English so is my hubby,we live in Scotland with children that were born here so I have to make the two types of pancake.. the large flat ones with orange or lemon and sugar and the small thick ones with butter. Might try maple syrup or golden syrup this year be a bit different.

    Definitely a sweet topping for me on Pancakes. I love old fashioned sugar and lemon, sometimes with a drizzle of Golden Syrup too!
