ReplyDeleteI would love to go to this! I think Jamie Oliver is my favourite too - partly for his simple approach to cooking and his insistence that everyone can cook, and partly for his advocacy in school dinners.

It has to be Jamie Oliver but only because I like what he is doing around the world, not just because his recipes.
ReplyDeleteI love Nigel Slater - the way he prepares and talks about food is almost theraputic! His attitude that it is there to be simple, savoured and enjoyed in whatever way we want is a refreshing change from strict recipes and reams of ingredients!
