It's been a while since I updated you on how the Slendertone Challenge was going. I've reached what is the end of the challenge, but not the end of my own personal Slendertone journey.
I've enjoyed using the Slendertone Premium Abs over the past couple of months and I can definitely feel it working. I'm still trying to get myself in a good place and find the willpower and motivation to diet which is going to help the cause somewhat but in the meantime, whilst I've not developed washboard abs, I can feel the difference when I've used it routinely. Under the flubber I can feel some tighter, tensed muscles which I am sure weren't there to start with.
Does the Slendertone work? If you put the effort in, then most certainly yes. By effort I mean making sure that you stick to the regime of 5 times a week, upping and changing the intensity as you go along. Will I use it in the future? 100% yes. The lazy sloth in me likes that I can whack it on whilst I watch Twilight for the 10,521 time and the masochist in me likes the feeling when I ramp it up a few notches. No pain, no gain...
I'll be honest and say that the Slendertone system alone is not a miracle-worker, it's not going to give you a beach-ready body overnight but with the right exercise regime and good eating the Slendertone Premium Abs could really help to give the extra tone and definition that is sometimes lacking in that area.
I'm glad I got to try out the Slendertone as I have to admit I always thought they were a bit of a gimmick but my view has definitely changed somewhat, and I am a newly converted fan!
All I need now is something to tone up my face. Is there a Slendertone Double Chin?
