Yes, it's my second ever giveaway (my first being the awesome Glee DVD). This time I have a copy of Rachel Allen's "Rachel's Food for Living" book to give to one lucky blog reader.
Now, I am going to have to be honest and open here. I have a cookbook addiction and it's pretty bad. I am in the process of creating a list for my blog of all the cookbooks currently in my library - mainly just to share with readers but also for another very good reason. To stop me buying the same book twice. Yes I do this from time to time and it's the very reason I am running this giveaway as yesterday I bought this book on a whim and then realised when I got home that I already had it.
In my defense, I have a lot of cookbooks, it's impossible for me to remember in an instant which one I have and by whom - and this one has a different cover to confuse me further! So okay, I am an idiot but it's you who is going to benefit!

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning this book is leave me a comment on this post - yep, that's all you have to do. I'll number you each in the order that you comment and then a number will be picked from random using the Random Number Generator. The giveaway will close on Wednesday 19th May 2010 and the winner will be announced after 8pm.
Good luck!
love & kisses

Oooh - I like Rachel, but don't have this one. I do a mean banana caramel pudding from one of her books (though I think she stole it from Bill Grainger!).
ReplyDeleteWould love to win ;-)
I'm exactly the same! Not just with recipe books, I'm afraid I do it with all books. It doesn't help that my mum works in a bookshop and brings me books she thinks I might like but doesn't check to see if I've already got it or not! It's great though. I like Rachel Allen but not as much as my husband who has a bit of a thing for her!!
ReplyDeleteHi, I discovered your blog a few months ago through a Glee search, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. I love the recipes you post and your "thoughts" on everything else. Please keep it up! :)
ReplyDeleteoooh I'm first to comment! I'd love a cook book! And out of interest, how many do you have that you can't remember which ones you own?!

ReplyDeleteLol, I'm the same as you. I've had to have an extra shelf put in my kitchen to house all my cookbooks! Although, I'm sure I could make room for one more.... :)
ReplyDeleteI am much the same with cookbooks, I can't resist particularly when they have appealing covers/titles or a new tv series.
